Bipolar Ionizer Modules: Configuration & OEM Review

Selecting a bipolar ionizer requires confirmation of both output polarities, the emitter arrangement and the intended test conditions. Use this guide to prepare an OEM discussion, then continue to CNXHE for the current product configuration.

Check the Output Arrangement, Not Just the Name
Bipolar ionization describes an intended positive-and-negative ion output. It is not established merely by two leads, two emitters or a plasma label. Ask for the model-specific electrical arrangement before treating a module as bipolar.
Confirm the two output paths
Request the polarity, emitter arrangement, wiring and rated input for the selected version. If an existing listing contains conflicting output values, resolve them against a current drawing or datasheet before approval.
Define the operating and measurement conditions
State the airflow, available installation space, operating cycle and environment. Describe how positive and negative ion output will be measured, including instrument and distance, rather than specifying only a combined headline ion count.
Review emissions and finished-device performance
A module listing is not evidence of a health benefit, pathogen reduction, VOC removal or finished-device certification. Verify any required performance and emissions with the complete equipment and an appropriate test method.
Prepare an OEM enquiry
Provide the application, input supply, mounting envelope, emitter geometry, leads, connectors and expected quantity. Mark unknown fields as unknown; photos and an existing wiring drawing are more useful than a guessed specification.
